All data is encrypted and stored in a proprietary database file. This file can be kept on a USB key to work on other computers. Included with the download is a reader program, which requires no special installation. Just take it with the file, and your password protected data is available wherever you take it!

Under Lock and Key Features:

	Easy to Use - Simply create Accounts and Keys. There is no limit to the numbers of either.

	Portability - In addition to the installed full program, there is a "reader" program which does not require installation (but does require the .Net Framework 2.0) on any Windows 2000 OS or greater machine to work. This way you can take your reader and data file on a USB key to any machine and access your data.

	Export data - Data can be copied to other ULK files, Encrypted or unencrypted XML files and unencrypted CSV files.
